It provides an easy way of extracting the magazine from a tight magazine pouch and helps control the magazine during high-stress tactical reloads. It helps stop AR mags from rattling in the pouch and protects the magazine if ejected onto a hard surface. They are sold in 3 paks in Dark Earth and OD Green.
