The Model 510 Timney Remington 700 trigger is milled from solid steel for long life with tolerances less than 0.0005″ and perfect geometry. There is no connector bar in the Timney Rem 700 trigger to come loose. The Timney Rem 700 trigger is a right handed unit and has a serrated 3/8″ (9.5 mm) grooved blade for the best possible feel and control. Pull is adjustable from 1.5 to 4 lb with a light crisp break and creep and backlash are also adjustable. This Timney Remington trigger can also fit the Remington 7, 721 and 722 including models with the ISS bolt lock. The safety locks the trigger rather than the sear but does not lock the bolt, even in older models that were fitted with a bolt lock. This 700 trigger will stay in the position it is in with the safety applied and will not move. Whilst this is a very safe system, the ultimate safety is to always keep the rifle pointed in a safe direction.
