The DPMS M-16 bolt carrier is a replacement for bolt carriers on selective fire M-16s and M-4s. This carrier is subject to NFA rules. The M-16 bolt carrier is completely mil-spec or better in construction. It has a staked gas key and a black phosphated finish for low visibility in military weapons. It is available as either a bolt carrier or a complete assembly for supply to those authorised to receive selective fire parts.
