Magpul BAD Lever Review

Magpul BAD Lever

Magpul BAD Lever

The Magpul BAD Lever (Battery Assist Device) is an extended bolt release that enables the shooter to operate the bolt release with his trigger finger with the hand in the ready position. This allows faster magazine changes. The BAD lever is easy to install without stripping the weapon.

The BAD lever secures to the factory bolt release with a Torx® head screw, extending through the trigger guard where it offers a paddle switch on the right hand side of the weapon. The lever does not affect the existing bolt release which retains its functionality. The Magpul BAD lever is made of aluminum alloy, Type III hardcoat anodized in a matte black finish for corrosion and wear resistance.
